[MR] trash-site cleanup

I'm not defending the folks that leave trash and I never do. But, I do
have a suggestion for the autocrats. When you're drawing your maps that
list roads/bathrooms etc. You may consider also adding in where the
trash is supposed to go.

I have been to several events lately that I've had to ask multiple
people where to put my trash. After the 3rd person didn't know, I took
it home. I know there was somewhere onsite to put it. I just couldn't
find it.
