to bag the stuff up, and ship it to a coal-fired power plant or

I saw some samples of wood in the warehouse where they're doing this, and some branches were just littered with the larval trails.  DNR has been putting all the trees through the wood chipper twice to be sure they're getting everything.  Though, I'm not sure what they're doing with the woodchips.
