[MR] scrolls and such

This has, in fact, already been done.  Mistress Genna started this by creating several templates for Logan and Isabel to use.  Duchess Kyneburh and I both created several electronic promissory templates with standard phrasing and period woodcut elements on them.  These were saved and passed on to the next royals.  There is no reason they cannot be reused, and this discussion is prompting me to think I should go find the files on my computyer and send them to the Clerk of the Signet.
