[MR] Question regarding regions....

Without getting into too much detail, and definitely seeing no need for more
official conventions, I think we refer to Atlantian areas by the unofficial
and often geographic names. I might head to the Mountains (Black Diamond,
Isenfir, or Hawkwood), to the Coast (Seareach, etc.), to the Tidewater area
(Marinus and Tir-Y-Don), or generically North (Suddentorre, Northern
Virginia and Maryland), South (South Carolina and Georgia), or to the
Central region (from Caer Mear to Windmasters). Or we'll use the official
group name of the group we are visiting. Note that some will consider Caer
Mear north and Windmasters' south, but in general these work for those
Atlantians I know.
