[MR] Question regarding regions....

Likewise, the Army is divided into Three Regions:
Northern Army (Great Army of the Potomac): Maryland,
DC, and VA groups around the NOVA/DC area.
Central (Company of the Bay): The rest of Virginia. 
South: North and South Carolina, little bit of
Georgia.
