My lady brought up a very good point, if the SCA, kingdom, group, event staff choose to view health certificates or vaccination info, the group then becomes liable if there is a breech. IF the group starts to enforce it then chooses later to not enforce it, it could be liable through negligence. (You saw a danger, took measures to prevent it, then later chose to do away with the enforcement of said measure, demonstrating a lack of concern for a potential problem.)
Personally though I understand the reasoning for many rules and disscussions of rules within the SCA, it saddens me that it needs to be done since personal responsiblity is getting so low.
