Honestly that's the ideal but there are so many times
that this doesn't happen that the subject gets
revisited every other reign.  I think each person is
going to handle stage fright issues or stress issues
differently.  Your peer (or maybe even the other
peers) are there to advise you on how to handle that
and should be watching for that carefully.  However a
good point was brought up.  I would say that if a
candidate knows in advance it does not automatically
mean that the candidate is now in charge of their
ceremony even if they want to be or think they should
be.  It simply means that the candidate's friends will
not be excluded by honest mistake.
