*Palatial* has nothing to do with it. And true, it wouldn't do anything to 
impact the newsletters in any way shape or form. It would keep our costs 
down if the corporate office was in an area with lower than California real 
estate rates. It was a straw man arguement, it was meant to be knocked down.

It's also been an ongoing topic related to the BoD. Over the last couple of 
years, there have been several inquiries about it. Every time the same 
response comes back that they (in multiple iterations) are not interested in 
moving the corporate office.
