Concerning the corporate office and cost....the Corporation has looked at
a move more than once.  They have to factor in the move of equipment and
records as well as the rehire and retraining of staff.  In addition, they
have been able to secure an agreement on the current space that has costs
DECREASING each year. (This last from the BoD meeting in Richmond where
the question was addressed.)

As to the question of the Acorn...we are evidently not the only ones with
an issue.  When the Soc Sen and I briefly discussed this, they are looking
at possible assists/fixes.
