May I suggest that there are still a number of problems with all
email
programs (I know, the word "email" is redundant). Some people do not wish
to have all of their email perpetually residing on some one else's hard drive,
where it's available to be dug through by any snoop with the necessary legal
or technical tools. Others do not wish to have all of their email scanned for
keywords by anyone's computer.
Whether or not such reasons apply for any individual, it's still a
nuisance to the reader and a waste of our precious national heritage of bits
and bytes to have messages with redundant copies of ads, advisories,
policies, and suchlike trivia.
Please trim your posts, good gentles.
