Should the Crown so choose, one or more badges could be registered to the 
kingdom with specific designation for the Atlantian Army. Kingdoms often 
do this for Royal Appointments and Kingdom Guilds with names that are too 
generic to be registerable; the Army could be considered as a kingdom 
guild of sorts...

For the Army entire, I would suggest flying the Atlantian Ensign (the 
kingdom arms without the crown or laurel wreath), which has been 
registered for several years. This works well when the whole Army is 
fighting as a single (relatively small) unit, though less well in the 
situation described by His Grace.

Kingdoms are strongly encouraged to exercise restraint as to the number of 
badges they register -- Laurel takes an especially dim view of submitting 
badges with no specific purpose, or of having multiple badges for the same 
specific purpose.
