Greetings to you ~

I agree that online transactions have their place in
our society.  And furthermore, it might increase
pre-registrations due to the ease of such transfers;
however, the investigators into such money transfers
should be knowledgable and thorough in their research.

WHEREAS, things may have changed for the better and
more secure, there are those who may be unaware of a
Class Action suit involving PayPal.  

INASMUCH, each company should be weighed,
individually.

Whatever the course, due diligence is a must.
