Unfortunately Rozsa, the Acorn Letter index on the Kingdom Website, only 
includes letters from the Great Officers of State.

It does NOT include other letters, such as those from the various Deputy 
Earl Marshals, who are not officially Great Officers, yet whose letters 
often contain important rules changes, safety information, etc.  And hence, 
there still being a problem.
