Greetings unto the Populace of Atlantia from Sinclair Hawkins, Autocrat of Coronation,
I hope this missive finds you all well and hopefully in preparation to join with Atlantia's Armies at Gulf Wars. I myself will be traveling to the lands to our south and will be unavailable for the few days it will take for Atlantia's forces to vanquish our opponents. I have a few words to say about the upcoming Coronation before I leave. Please note, my reservationist, Lady Muirgheal, will be in town and taking reservations during my brief absence. Feast is already well on its way to filling up as you read this.

First, the site, as has been mentioned several times is VERY hilly. The fighting field itself is relatively flat but the walk to the cabins onsite is very steep. Because of this fact, we are recommending that people take advantage of the 32 tents that will be set up on platforms right beside the fighting fields. Each tent will sleep two average people comfortably. For those wanting to sleep in a larger group, you can still ask for one of the Adirondack style cabins on the Hill but you are warned of the climb up to the cabins. Also, you will not be able to drive to the Cabins but the Park Ranger will get whatever is need to the cabins. Please give your choice of Tent or Cabins when you send in your reservations. People are also being allowed to Tent in their own tents. Only Period style tents will be allowed on the fighting field. Modern style tents will be allowed but not at the main field area.

There will be at least one and probably two vehicles driving around the site to ferry people to and from the cars and the fighting field and up to the feast hall for Dinner. Because of this, we are canceling the competition for Best Table decoration because of the extra room that all these decorations would require.

Cars will be allowed to drive to the fighting field for loading and unloading. Please try and get onsite early enough to be set up by 10:30 am on Saturday, as we do not want to have any of the Courts held that day to be interrupted by cars driving past.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email me at Scahound at netzero.net and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

 In Service,

            Sinclair Hawkins
