[MR] Silent Auction - Defending the Gate/Varus' Lost Golden Eagle

The auction is to benefit the Canton's coffers.  We got hit with an
unexpected expense in the way of a "site permit".  This is something that
Spotsylvania county just created/enforced and I think we are the first group
to fall under this new ruling.
