[MR] documentation for soap

I thought I'd beat the soap documentation conversation
to a dead horse but I'm still getting requests for
help with documentation so I'm posting my soap web
site again.

It does not include the new recipes I just found for
lip balm and rose scented soap.

As far as I know I've just found the first known
instance for a period recipe that documents
flower-scented soap but I'm still confirming that one!
