[MR] Attedning our neighbors' events (was:Ladies Atlantian heavy/light tourneys)

I don't see that there's any obligation to attend your nearest neighbor's
events.  This weekend alone there were three, two of which were about the
same distance from us.  We chose the one that sounded as if it were what
we'd most like to attend.
