At his meetings held in January, 2003 (reported to us on April 26th), the
Laurel Soverign of Arms considered the following items, which had been
submitted by Atlantia in September, 2002.  This includes most of the
submissions we received from Pennsic (except those few that were pended for
additional consideration).

At those meetings, Laurel APPROVED and REGISTERED the following items.  Their
users may use them with no further let or hinderance:
