[MR] Gamers Guild Proposal

Greetings to the populace of Fair Atlantia!

I have recently noticed that I am not alone, that there are many of us in
the fair Kingdom of Atlantia that enjoy games, whether they be of the
person, cards, board form or even dice.  Many members get together and play
games on off nights and at events between removes and during quiet moments.
I would like to try and set up a Gamers Guild of Atlantia but I'm not sure
if a.) it would be welcome and b.) what exactly I need to do.
