Ok. If a double Peer (let us say a Laurel that is latter knighted) gets
upset with the order and resigns his Laurel, would he no longer be a Peer?
(That is to say, no longer have a PoA because it was attached to his
laureling and not his knighting?)
I am just courious, as I have known gentles with multiple peerages that have
resigned their initial peerage.
