Please allow me to clarify the policy on camping at Sacred Stone Baronial
Birthday:  Tenting will be allowed only in pavillions set up around the
fighting field, providing these arrangements have been prearranged with the
autocrat (me).  Space will be very limited!

The reason is two-fold:  1) We are charged for the site by headcount,
regardless of where a person chooses to sleep and 2) Other than around the
fighting field, there simply is very little (if any) ground appropriate for
setting up a tent of any kind at Camp York.

If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact me, and
