Anyone out there know where I can get information on how to construct a pattern for a cotehardie (including sleeves)?

I've tried the simpler ways (adapting mundane patterns); but the three pattern numbers that I've been able to find are now out of print, so that won't work....

I've found a pattern for $21, but it's so far out of my size it's not funny.  

I don't want to buy a dress, I want the joy of making my own.
