[MR] changing the Queen's Arms

There have been a lot of positions presented pro and con on this issue.

I had never heard the "obscene pun" until someone explained it to me
when the arms were changed last. Since I hang out with the heavy
fighters, reputed to be the most vulgar of our Kingdom's subjects, I
imagine that I would have heard it had it been truly widespread. (Or
maybe we aren't as vulgar as our rep?)

In any case, it seems to me that erring on the side of caution would be
best, and that we should leave in place the changes Niobe initiated. I
do not think anyone doubts either her wisdom of her experience in the
SCA, so if she cared enough to request the change I think that is reason
enough for us to give good consideration to keeping the change.

If the pun really isn't a big problem, leaving the arms as they stand
will do no harm; if it is, then leaving them alone will guard the future
Atlantian consorts from any disrespect on the matter.
