[MR] Comments on Proposed revision of Corpora IV.A.1.

I must concur with Lord Frederich.  Why does the BoD
find it necessary to alter Corpora in this way?  What
purpose does it serve?

As a non-heavy fighter (and therefore a non-candidate
for the Crown either now or in the future), I am
perplexed by the lack of reasons given for this
change.  And while I have no quarrel with the BoD, I
find that the changes they propose to Corpora often
come with no explanation of why they feel the changes
are necessary.  I don't think that the BoD would make
changes for the sake of the change, so can anyone
explain this to the populace at large?
