or individual it is intended for.

]]Actually, that's the seal for the Atlantian College of Heralds.  I could 
probably use it to validate my 'Verum Est' on scrolls or for private letters 
I need to send.  And before anyone offers, I've already got a very lovely 
brass signet ring.
