Who will guard it from the onslaught of "other visitors and users" of
Coopers. Like two weeks after Pennsic is a Wild West Rodeo, that fills the
place like we have in the past. A 'wooden' Fort is sure to be more than a
Photo Op.    What's the budget for vandal and seasonal repairs [ not !
improvements] year after year. Ru
