[MR] Fort stuff

ok its wooden and big. you kinda need power tools to carve your name into 6
x 6 treated lumber and its kinda hard to vandalize something with that many
people around "look mama, little billy is cuttin' the fort up with daddys
cordless dewalt sawz-all. aint it cute?". honestly i dont think there
would be too much damage done to it besides the occasional "i love jenny"
written in magic marker by some kids. and, if 25k is laid out to build it,
im sure that a couple hundred can cover a little sandpaper and some cold
drinks for those volunteers that are willing to take a few minutes.
besides, kings arrow ranch is used every weekend of the year and the fort at
gulf wars seems to have held up pretty well and we run into it pretty hard
with metal armor and the like. by the thousands.
just my opinion

Who will guard it from the onslaught of "other visitors and users" of
Coopers. Like two weeks after Pennsic is a Wild West Rodeo, that fills the
place like we have in the past. A 'wooden' Fort is sure to be more than a
Photo Op. What's the budget for vandal and seasonal repairs [ not !
improvements] year after year. Ru
