To the best of my understanding (MOL's correct me if wrong) you will still
need you FIGHTER card...which shows your authorizations. That was never
under debate to abolish.
So...you have to be responsible for protecting and carrying your fighter
card...but hopefully those who have complained that Milpitas delayed or lost
their membership will be able to fight.
