Yup, Sveva's right!  Hence the:

"So...
Have fighter card
Have blue membership card
Fight :)

On and After 5/1/2001
Have fighter card
no blue card?
sign waiver, pay dollar
Fight :)"

Have no fighter card?  Then you need to authorize, or find yours, or get
a replacement card, or... talk to your friendly neighborhood MoL  :)
