This is third hand, as reported by Lady Cordelia at the Bright Hills 
Business meeting last Sunday, and filtered through my (occationally 
collander-like) memory.

"Pay to Fight" will be recinded.  Fighters who are not members will have to 
pay $1 per event and sign a waiver.  Can't remember the implementation date.

Roster-waivers must be used at Fight Practice and signed by all persons who 
don't have a blue-card who are fighting. (I don't think it was all persons 
ATTENDING, but could be wrong.)  The Seneschal(e) will keep these on hand 
for 3 months, then send them to Milpitas.

Glerk.  My brain is blanking. That's all I can remember right now.
