[Archers] Marshal Nomenclature

As a former Captain of Archers in Atenveldt, I kinda liked the office name.
The title and $3.50 would get me a cup of coffee.
But it denoted me as the Baronial Officer in charge of Archery. But we also
had to do officer reports, and I don't miss that.
