[Archers] Marshal Nomenclature

Lord Janyn, and Friends;

Thank you all for your thoughts on this question. I hope this discussion
was profitable, and I'm pleased to see that I wasn't the first to think
about this. Perhaps our next DEM will find a way to address the question.

Nobody addressed the second point, and that was whether a star [*] or some
other designator could be added in the Marshal List to help us find who is
in charge for TA business purposes.
