[Archers] Marshal Nomenclature

Lord Mungo, I held this discussion when I was DEM. It was one of those things that was brought to curia but never actually made it to curia along with the 3 or 4 other items I wanted to officially have changed. While I am not and have never been in favor of us just willy nilly just affording ourselves made up titles, I see your point. That is why I suggested that in all local groups the lead marshal should be called and named the "TAM." There are still groups within our kingdom today that do not have official TAMs identified.

I think it will become very confusing if all of a sudden we now have Archer General, Captain of the archers, Lieutenant of the archers, etc... There is no need for this and in my eyes it is pompous for a group that was never that way.
