[Archers] PVC Pipe Bows at Pennsic

I can also see (in regards to pointing out  3.9.2.5) people showing up with those types of crossbows. But to be fair (for the shoot wise) if we are going to use Atlantian rules, it should be all or nothing. While yes pvc bows are a potential safety issue, if we are going to be using a set set of rules it's only fair to everyone that we abide by all of them. That's what I took from that anyway. I feel that would keep the potential for a dispute if someone was not allowed to shoot with their pvc bow per our rules but their buddy with a rifle style crossbow was. 

That's just my two cents...
