That is correct but except for the first year where Godric overruled me and I didnt know it until the end of the shoot, we will not allow those modern crossbows to compete based on our rules. They can still shoot but not score for prizes...

Someone please correct me if I am incorrect, or out of order, (and not looking for an argument) but I believe the dis-allowing of PVC bows is more a safety issue (unknown or otherwise) where as 3.9.2.5 is more towards an interpretation of keeping it period (in Atlantia).

If you are going to say Atlantian rules apply, then this should be posted on all the lists for all the kingdoms. So no one shows up with anything Atlantian has banned. Also 3.9.2.5 Crossbows with a modern pistol grip, modern rifle or air-rifle-style stock are not allowed. . Or are we only enforcing PVC bows..??
