[Archers] Various topics of discussion

Good afternoon everyone, now that we are back from Pennsic and have had some
time to recover I wanted to send a few notes about some topics I have been
thinking of. Please bear with me, I will be sending a few out over the next
few weeks.

 

I want to remind all of our teaching marshals that they need to assure and
make the MiT's understand that without the consent of a mentor, I will not
sign off on their MiT paperwork. I have had a few this year that tried to
submit paperwork without mentors and it is imperative that the candidates
have someone to verify that the MiT is ready. Just because they complete 3
sessions does not mean everyone will be ready to step up as a warranted
marshal. Please make sure your MiTs understand this.
