[Archers] MiTs and the guidelines for them

I was an MiT at Pennsic, and I received two of my three signatures at Pennsic. <br/><br/>Sidenote, what a great experience! As everyone warned me, you see so much at Pennsic that you don't see in just Atlantia. It was "sink or swim" since my very first MiT experience was St Sebastian's, but it was wonderful.
