[Archers] Ymir archery discussion

I wonder if he would except a Marshal with a marshalet from another Kingdom
as well as their Atlantian Marshal to be Archery MIC?

This actually really bugs me as I was told there was going to be the
Archery class at YMIR so I could finally transfer my Middle status down
here.

Interesting bit of info:
At Pennsic 41 we averaged almost 200 archers all day everyday from Friday
until Friday, except for the champions shoot where we had 100 or so archers
and marshals.
Archery has grown at both Pennsic and Gulf Wars for the last 3 years while
HEAVY, the bread and butter of the SCA, has declined.

Jay at this point I would CC the message to the Kingdom Seneschal as this
problem does not seem to be a single event problem or even one that will be
solved in a quick manner. I have the utmost respect for Otto, he is my
Pel's squire brother, but if he has his hands tied in such a way that an
inquiry can not be made by his staff as to why an MiC would turn down not
only two previous DEMs but also the CURRENT DEM for Archery then maybe
someone needs to look into what is really going on.

Maybe it's just my "DAMNED YANKEE" personality but saying "I don't trust
these marshals" implies you don't trust the DEM for Archery and then also
the EM who warranted the DEM and also the Society EM for allowing the
Kingdom EM to exist.
