[Archers] St. Sebastians III?????

It would be nice to get other kingdom's marshals to step up, but when you ask a group of people for volunteers everyone seems to expect that someone else will step forward.  You almost need to call people out individually.  Like, if someone knows a marshal from another kingdom, ask that marshal to participate and to bring at least one friend, and to ask their marshal friends to get their marshal friends to volunteer.  It's harder for people to say no if they don't have a good excuse when they're asked personally.

As for Terasu and myself, if we are at Pennsic we will help, but we have yet to make it to Pennsic.  We're hoping this coming year will be our first.

I'm not trying to piss on anyone's fire here, but it seems to me and my experience that getting the other Kingdom marshals to actually sign up and marshal is worse than herding cats!  Yes I agree that other kingdom marshals need to be involved, but as past experience suggests, easier said than done. As I am not a quitter (and I know there was a huge push for additional help last year) I would never suggesting we stop asking (and cookies/arm sashes may work), but a contingency plan to include more Atlantian marshals and/or MIT's should also be in pursued....

I some cases marshaling two lines can be annoying to the shooters. Last Pennsic I had to call hold while running two lines, and both lines stopped. Im glad they all listened but which line was I talking to? Minor I know....
