[Archers] St. Sebastians III?????

I'm not trying to piss on anyone's fire here, but it seems to me and my
experience that getting the other Kingdom marshals to actually sign up and
marshal is worse than herding cats!  Yes I agree that other kingdom
marshals need to be involved, but as past experience suggests, easier said
than done. As I am not a quitter (and I know there was a huge push for
additional help last year) I would never suggesting we stop asking (and
cookies/arm sashes may work), but a contingency plan to include more
Atlantian marshals and/or MIT's should also be in pursued....
