[Archers] News article on child shot with arrow

It's amazing to me that so many instances we saw this weekend of unsafe
acts, not all were kids. I guess all we can do is keep educating and all
playing an active role in our events..

We need more mundane archers to see this stuff.  I always get resistance at
BBTC for our stricter rules on the line, and there were several times where
I was certain someone was gonna get shot.  fortunately, no one did, but it
was bad enough that I always ended up walking away when they ignored my
attempts to make them play safe.

This is the reason we continually push to keep our safety training top
notch. It would only take one incident like this to end archery that we all
know and love..
