[Archers] News article on child shot with arrow

We need more mundane archers to see this stuff.  I always get resistance at BBTC for our stricter rules on the line, and there were several times where I was certain someone was gonna get shot.  fortunately, no one did, but it was bad enough that I always ended up walking away when they ignored my attempts to make them play safe.
