[Archers] Pennsic Champion's Team information

To all the archers, while I agree with the sentiment heartily here.  Do
realize that this is not our decision to make.  But that of their
Majesties negotiations.   If you have council for their Majesties on
these matters of negotiations & assigned slots, I'm sure that they would
be most happy to hear it.
