[Archers] challenges

Yep, Cog you are a better at shooting a crossbow then you let on, maybe you
should try shooting it more, you might ... well I'll leave that blank for
someone else to fill in :>

Ah yes the age old years to train an English Longbowmen verse weeks to train
a Germanic Crossbowmen.  Well when you consider that "proficient" means that
one is capable of hitting a target the size of, well and entire ARMY, I'm
not so sure that "years to train" is something I'd be bragging about!!!!
Course it might also be that us Germans are just better at making and
handling precision weapons, so getting to the level of hitting an entire
army just isn't that much of a challenge.  :D
