Oh Dear! I am afraid you do misread my intentions completely.
I don't believe anyone has ever implied that any shoot at Pennsic should be 
limited to Atlantian archers. Atlantia already has a kingdom archery champioship 
shoot, won by Myles last year. No, no. The ideas herein explored are for a world 
championship by kingdom and individual . . . just so we can go to Pennsic and 
play our game against our better selves from other kingdoms!

If I'm reading your intentions correctly, this would be different from the 
Lochmere Arrow contest and SAAD in the following:

the targets would be both tougher and more novelty driven, 

the number of participents would be limited to 1) just members of Atlantia and 
2) people who have scored in Atlantian Royal Rounds at? or above a certain 
level.

I"m seeing a total of 134 people who have listed scores. 116 people who have a 
score greater than 20 (ie archer or above). 83 are Marksman or above.?
