Nuala, it depends on the year, whose running it, and what the setup is.
  Some years they dedicate the practice range for 'novelty' as well.

Some years all novelty must be before/after the days shooting.  Just
depends on what all is going on.

But anyone can run a novelty shoot, just ask the Marshal(s) in charge
for that year what timeslots will be allowed.
