[Archers] Fletchers' Guild statement of purpose (for comments)

The easiest way to ensure that noone uses the 'guild' as a way to
collect 'cookies', is to keep it informal.  Don't have a guild badge.
Don't pick a guildmaster.  And please for the love of ... Don't come up
with a 'ranking system' based upon people's skills at fletching.

Just have a group of people, that call themselves a guild of fletchers.
