Also I forgot to add, perhaps slightly aimed in the wrong direction?
Fletching falls under A&S, and therefore would be awardable under the
Coral Branch, Pearl, and Laurel 'track' as it were.

In fact, Sir Tnek got his Pearl for fletching ...

And I received my pearl, for a combination of 'archery equipment
(Crossbows, arrows, etc)' & 'brewing'

...

The King's Missilier & Yew Bow are specifically, by Kingdom Law, for
'excellence with missile weapons'.  Primary 'skill at using them', but
often expanded somewhat into 'leadership' as well, for lack of a better
term.
