[Archers] Archery help at War of the Wings

Greetings Archers of Atlantia!
 
I will be MIC for War of the Wings again this year and I'm looking for  some 
help with and input on a few things. We will be on the same field as last  
year.  (This year we are planning to have a small separate kids  range.)
 
As you may remember, this year WoW is a 4 day event.  That leaves us  with at 
least two and a half full days of shooting and at least one night shoot.  
While this does sound heavenly, it will require lots of work.  I'm seeking  
marshals and MITs to help with everything from target ideas and design, set  
up/break down, bow inspections, running the line, etc. (If you have MITs in your  
group, it would be a great introduction to inspecting bows at a larger  event.)
 
For those who attended WoW previously; what did you like about the shoots,  
what do you think didn't work? What would you REALLY like to see? How can we  
make the experience better?
 
We can discuss things here or if you prefer, I can create a yahoo list for  
the duration of the event and then we can disband.  
 
Thoughts?  Creative juice?
