The Crescent Guard’s Atlantian Games (R,Pr)June 29 - July 1, 2007 Barony of Bright Hills
The Crescent Guard Archery Company of The Barony of Bright Hills cordially invites all archers and like-minded folk of the Knowne World to join us for a weekend of non-stop archery! To encourage people to arrive early, the MiC, Lord Seamus McRay, will be running an evening critter shoot Friday night. Saturday will be a full day of exciting and challenging archery. Many of your favorite Bright Hills targets will once again make an appearance. Bring plenty of arrows – this will be a shooting-intensive event. Minimum arrows needed to complete any given station – 1 dozen. On Sunday, The Crescent Guard plans to run though the course again before breaking it down. Any hardy souls wishing to join us are welcome! There will be food available for lunch on Sunday for those who stay.

Friday and Saturday evening meals will be sold as fundraisers. Saturday lunch is included in the site fee, as is coffee and donuts/bagels for the early risers on Saturday. There are no planned morning meals at this time. Free camping is available. Alcohol is permitted in the camping area only! Open campfires are not allowed, but stoves and lanterns are perfectly fine. Pets are also allowed, but must be kept on a leash at all times. While registration is not required, the Autocrat requests an email confirming your attendance so that the cooks know how much food to purchase for their meals.

The Saturday meal is over half sold out! Please contact the Autocrat ASAP to reserve your space! You do NOT have to send in payment to reserve the seat - just let the Autocrat know of your intention to be there.

Saturday evening, to celebrate Lord Rhys Cantor's birthday, a Bardic Circle is planned, so bring your favorite songs, and be prepared to sing the night away!
